    Sizing Issue

    Before ordering we highly recommend that you measure your feet and refer to our sizing chart on the Product Specs Page. For sizing issues, contact us within 14 days after receiving your items at support@raadshop.com.

    * Note. Please be advised that a production fee will be charged if you are requesting a size replacement for more than 1 size up or 1 size down. This is why we highly recommend you looking at our sizing chart before placing your order.

    Cancel Or Modify Order

    For any cancellation or modification, you have 24 hours after having placed your order to contact our customer support team at support@raadshop.com. 

     After 24 hours it will be too late to make any changes to your order as your order will already be in production.

    Damaged & Flawed Items

    At Raad Shop, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product. Thankfully is it rather unusual! But' if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

    In case it happens with your order, please contact our customer support team and send us a clear photo of your item with a brief description of the issue. Depending on the issue we will send you a replacement order or a refund. 

    Note that for refunds, it takes 5-10 business days to process the payment depending on your bank and payment method.

    Order Not Received

    If you haven't received your RAAD items 60 days after having ordered, please contact our customer support team via email at support@raadshop.com, or use the contact page on our website. It will be a pleasure to help you.


    We do not accept any returns as every item is custom made. But your satisfaction is our priority and we will find a solution to make sure you are happy. Please contact our customer service team at support@raadshop.com.
