Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!
Confirmation email with the order details
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order right after having placed your order. If you don't see your confirmation email in your inbox, have a look in your spam folder or make sure that you ordered using the correct email address.
Looking at your order status
Just enter your order information on the Track Order page to track your order status.
Cancel or modify order within 24 hours
For any cancellation or modification, you have 24 hours after having placed your order to contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After 24 hours it will be too late to make any changes to your order as your order will already be in production.
If you can't find it, contact our customer support team at email@example.com and one of our representatives will be glad to help you.

All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect item free of charge. Please see our return and refund policy for further details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JBC and Diners Club cards as well as Paypal and Apple pay.
When will my card be charged?
Right after your order has been successfully placed.
We support over 140 currencies. You'll have the option of changing the currency to USD if you wish through the drop down menu at the top right corner of any our our pages.
Raadshop adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
All our products are custom printed and handmade for you. It takes 5-14 days to produce your items, depending on the number of orders we receive.
Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks
***Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be delays with your order and it could take up to 4-6 weeks for your package to arrive.
Tracking my package
Your tracking number and information will be sent to you via email 5-14 days after having placed your order.
Order Not Received
If you haven't received your RAAD items 60 days after having ordered, please contact our customer support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or use the contact page on our website. It will be a pleasure to help you.
When you are on the Secured Checkout page, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated depending on the items you've selected and you will see the shipping cost for your order at the bottom of the page.
International custom fees
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping. These charges vary from one country to another and are your responsibility.
Please verify with your country's customs office to determine what these additional fees might be.
*All items except for our shirts & hoodies cannot be shipped to the following countries: Guatemala, Bolivia, Peru, Montenegro, Syria, Kuwait, Georgia, North Korea, Jordan, Ecuador and Morocco.*

Returning your package
We do not accept any returns as every item is custom made. But your satisfaction is our priority and we will find a solution to make sure you are happy. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
